I had 5 tabs open. I uninstalled a theme (*not* the current theme) via
Preferences. After uninstall, all tabs cleared to "(Untitled)" and pages were
blank. Right-clicking on each tab would not allow Reload or Close Tab, nor
would clicking on the "x" to close active tab, but would allow a new page to be
loaded, either via bookmarks or typing in Address.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
I will try to reproduce, and will update this post.

The active theme is Orbit Retro 1.6 0.0.7.5
Not sure what the deleted theme was (because it was deleted!)
UPDATE:

I was able to reproduce this error.

1: Multiple tabs open & active (unsure if same wouold happen with just one page
open)

2: Edit - Preferences - Appearance - Themes

3: Select a theme to uninstall

4: Click: Uninstall Theme

5: All tabs will clear, pages blank, tabs re-labled as: (Untitled)

6: With Preferences window still open, clicking on OK does nothing; must click
Cancel or the X to close.

7: Pages will not reload; not through reload button, right-click on tab,
right-click on page.

Interestingly (or not), one of active tabs was for Mozilla Bug page. The tab
for the page has the Mozilla icon. After error occured, the icon remained on
that tab, beside (Untitled).
