If you click on a tree column its natural size reduces by 1x1 pixel which means
that a) if there are other columns then they jiggle b) if it is the only column
then the tree body jiggles.

Probably an unexpected regression from bug 235507.

I also took the opportunity to fix the column header styles for drag mode.
