User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 Closing the print preview (by clicking on the windows X) should not close the browser. Instead it should just close the preview like the "Close" button. If it does try to close the browser then it should display the "multiple tabs open" warning message. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have multiple tabs open. 2. Start print preview 3. Close the window by clicking on the X. Actual Results: The browser closes. Expected Results: If the browser was closing it should have displayed a "multiple tabs open" warning message. But actually the browser should not close, just the print preview window should have closed. It should also be possible to view the other tabs when the print preview window is open (i.e. it should be a separate window). Right now you have to close the preview to return to browsing.
Confirming > NEW. In terms of conformity with other Windows programs (e.g. MS Word) Closing print preview doesn't close the document, but returns you to it. I think we need to mirror this functionality, if only to prevent the potential for data loss.

seeing this recent on 0.9 branch builds. note: this works as expected on trunk builds
Summary: closing print preview does not display multiple tabs warning. → closing print preview does not display multiple tabs warning and closes the app.
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040712 Firefox/0.9.1+ (Steffen). Closing Print Preview by clicking Close or the "X" button leaves Print Preview, but does not close the browser.
I continue to see this with Firefox 0.9+ builds on Windows XP and Linux Fedora core. Not seeing this on Mac as it passes print preview over to Acrobat.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040722 Firefox/0.9.1+ It just happened to me, and I lost my fours opened tabs :-) Print preview should not close FF, or at least should respect the "browser.tabs.warnOnClose" pref.
