In the new Firefox 2-pane Bookmarks Manager, a drag widget is present to change
the width of the two panes (like in Mozilla Mail). However, a border runs down
the middle of the widget. Hence, this bug.

In bookmarkTree.xml the folder tree needs a class="plain".  All the other trees
have it, and that will fix the problem.  I have a fix for this in the patch for
bug 229221

In Firefox 0.9.1:  Help > Help Contents

This window has double border, so maybe this is standard for the browser? Or
maybe Help Contents is also incorrect. (However, Help Contents does have some
options at the top of the left-pane, whereas the Bookmarks manager does not).

This needs clarifying.
