As much as I hate menu buttons in the main 3-pane toolbar...
make fishbert happy
Add back the Get New Mail code from seamonkey which adds a drop down list to the
get Msgs button listing all of the accounts. Ditto for a menu item under File /
Get New Mail.

Would it be possible to have IDs for this menu(-item). An ID for the menu "file"
> "Get new messages" and its menuitems would be helpfull, too.
Need them to improve / adapt my extension MagicSLR.
