Simple to see.

Just go to File / Save Page as and look at last right icon. It is diaplaying a
wrong icon instead of the "create new directory one".

I added an URL with a png file showing the bug I am talking about.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Grab source and make it up to date.
2.Build it under linux with gtk2 and xft support
3.in this new firefox, go to file / save as

Actual Results:  
wrong icon for "create new directory"

Expected Results:  
right icon for "create new directory"

I can see this bug on both my homemade build, and the last linux firefox
available build, the one from 6th july as I am filling this bug report.

I see it as well with 0.9.1 release. Dunno what the deal is with the extra home
icon after create dir...
