250209 - Single signon logins and form submits fail silently

Seen on Windows build 2004-07-06-10-0.9

-Launch with a new profile
-attempt to login to bugzilla

tested results:
password manager dialog pops up as expected, 
-select yes
login fails silently, we just remain at the login page.
subsequent attempts by clicking login also get no response.


expected results:
initially, after the password dialog closes, we should be logged in to bugzilla.

This bug is also affecting form submission.  Submitting data from a form fails
silently.

This is also affecting linux build 2004-07-06-11-0.9

This does not affect Mac build of 0706.  Mac can login and form submit

existing profile seems to work fine, no errors in JS console at all.  Do we have
a regression window on this at all?  (does 0705 work?)

this broke sometime between builds 2004-07-01-11-0.9 (works) and
2004-07-02-11-0.9 (doesn't work)

still broken with 0709 builds

can't login to bugzilla
can log into yahoo mail but can't do much more than read mail
any form submission fails

Added "testrunner" whiteboard status and URL refering to the test results. Goto
the URL then look for the red (failed) testcase.  Soon we'll have the ability to
reference the particular testcase.

I belive I just checked in a fix for this, it was a problem with the installer
manifests (and thus would not have appeared on tarball/zip builds). Can someone
please verify on tomorrow's installer build?
