[PP] OK/Cancel buttons in Wallet Contents dialog don't do anything

occurred only on linux using the 2000-01-24-01-m13 comm bits. not a problem
using the same bits on mac (comm) or winNT (non-comm).

to repro:
1. make sure that you already have captured form data.
2. go to Tasks > My Wallet > Wallet Contents...
3. in the Wallet Contents dialog appears (my build still has the label, "Manage
Personal Data") --then try to close it by clicking either OK or Cancel button.

expected: the dialog should go away.
result: the dialog doesn't go away. need to close it using the dialog's close
widget. no additional info appears in the console while clicking the buttons,
either.

This works for me in the most recent build.  Sairuh has just informed me that 
she was using the M13 bits.  We're not going to go back and pull those bits just 
to fix this.  So I can only comment on this from the standpoint of the latest 
bits and in those bits its working fine.
