250461 - Find Toolbar auto close behavior does not quite work as expected

Steps to reproduce:

1) press /
2) type some text
3) press Ctrl+G to find the next instance (find toolbar disappears - a separate bug)
4) press Ctrl+G again (find toolbar reappears)
5) click in the document

Actual results:
- find toolbar still visible
- pressing ESC does not close it (focus is in the document, not the toolbar)

Expected results:
- find toolbar disappears when invoked by "/" when the document is clicked in.
- find toolbar closes on ESC when the document has focus.
- find toolbar does not disappear when opened via Ctrl+F however when it loses
focus - when Esc is pressed it should probably close.

vrfy'd fixed with aviary1.0 (branch) builds on mac os x 10.3.4 (7/20 bits),
linux fedora 1 (7/21 bits) and win xp (7/21 bits).
