After removing sites from exceptions in cookies settings, scroll down to see an
empty space at the bottom of the list.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open options and Pricacy tab
2. Open "exceptions" for cookies.
3. Delete a domain using "delete" on your keyboard.
4. Scroll down the list to see the empty space.
Actual Results:
I see an empty space at the top of the list.
Expected Results:
There should not be an empty space at the bottom of the list.

This also happens in all "exception" lists in the new "web features" options tab.

hrm, I see this in the exceptions lists, but not in the cookies lists...

Weird. I downloaded a tinderbox build with the product version of firefox.exe =
1.7: 2004071202 and this bug's gone. Can somebody verify this?

I just removed a couple of sites from the exceptions list and did not see any
weirdness around the scroll bar.
