On a clean install and clean profile, I see favicons in bookmark even with
blocking them in user.js.
bn.: I dont see favicons in the addressbar

user_pref("browser.chrome.favicons", false);
user_pref("browser.chrome.site_icons", false);
are set

Just did a clean install and clean profile with built of july 11th
and I still see the favicons

Whatever code was checked in to fix this completely disabled favicons for me.  I
have both prefs set to true, and the favicons were working fine in the 20040710
build, but don't work at all in the 20040712 build.
