I have a Logitech MX500 Optical mouse, and I use the supplied Logitech mouse
drivers (as of filing this bug version is: 9.79). Middle-click is button
assignment in the logitech driver, is defined as "Universal Scroll", which
should be the default action for that button. Middle-clicking a link does not
open a new page in a new tab (the option is enabled in Mozilla prefrences).
Ctrl-LeftButtonClick does open a page on a new tab, its just the middle click
that isn't working, possibly a conflict with the Logitech mouse drivers?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using Logitech Mouse Drivers v 9.79 and Logitech Mouse
2. Middle-clicking a link doesn't open link in new tab. Ctrl-Click does.
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing, no errors, no new page after a middle-click
Expected Results:
Opened the link in a new tab.

Further testing, I disabled the Logitech mouse drivers, and the middle button
click on a link, opened that link up in a new tab. So I am 100% positive that
the error has something related to the Logitech mouse drivers.
