Not much else to say. Command-T is opening two new tabs instead of one. Never
noticed this behavior in previous versions.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click T while holding the Command (Apple) Key

Two new tabs open

One new tab should open

This seems to be resolved in the July 19 branch nightly.
Joel, if it's now working you should change the resolution to 'fixed'...
