CTRL+W, the "close window" shortcut key, doesn't close the Firefox Help window.
This is contrary to the behaviour with the Mozilla suite's help window (as of
the 2004-07-05 build at least), where CTRL+W closes it.

Patch
Neil, usually I don't make you review Firefox Help stuff, but I'm sure you can
handle his :).

Patch
Why not close the way SeaMonkey help closes?

A cleaner version of this patch was just checked in. Used close() instead of
making my own close function as Neil suggested in email.
