If I go to a site that does not have RSS feed and I click anyway on "page has no
feeds for Livemark", and then I visit www.mozilla.org the RSS botton shows but
does not work on www.mozilla.org

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.google.com
2. On the staus bar, notice the "page has no feeds for Livemark" tooltip.
3. Click on the tooltip anyway ( It does nothing but click on it anyway )
4. Now in the same browser tab, go to www.mozilla.org
5. You'll see the flash RSS botton.
6. Click on it.
Actual Results:  
The RSS botton will show on www.mozilla.org but it will not work.

Expected Results:  
They RSS should still work.

additional comments:
1. open a page w/o livemark link, but click on the livemarksquare anyway
2. open www, mozilla.org and click on the thunderbold
won't work

Severity of blocker means that Mozilla doesn't run at all or doesn't compile.
"blocking" in a flag means we won't release until the bug is fixed.

Can you make that exact square not clickable unless there is RSS feed?
