new window inherrits temporary toolbar as permanent toolbar

If I initiate the toolbar with a type ahead find search and create a new window before the toolbar auto-hides, the new window gets a find in page stype permanent toolbar. It shouldn't inerrit a toolbar if the original window's toolbar was of the temporary type.
