Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040820 Firefox/0.9.1+ Steps to reproduce: 1. Drag proxy icon from address bar to desktop. Result: no-drop cursor Expected: .url should be created I think this regression was caused by vlad's patch for 256072.
Works in 08/18, broken in 08/20.
