257179 - theme update failures and blank wizard panel

Theme update seems to fail for me. It says there are updates available but the
available updates are blank. If I click continue, it just spins away on the next
dialog doing nothing.

This is a problem on Mac too.

I'm not sure if this should be filed separately, but I noticed that sometimes
newer versions of themes are not being detected. For example, Phoenity:

https://update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?id=5&vid=824

Phoenity v1.3 and v1.3.1 are both 0.10+ compatible (see
https://update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?id=5&vid=824&page=releases)

1. install the theme Phoenity v1.3 (at least on Linux).

2. after installation is done, select Phoenity in the Theme manager and hit Update.

3. the Update wizard appears and says that there was a problem with the
download, and the newer 1.3.1 version is not found.

note that it doesn't matter if I enable this theme then quit and restart.

I tested a few themes on the Mac, and got varying results when trying to update
themes.  For example, I installed the Archaic theme and it did find the new
theme when I clicked update, but in the case of the Curacao theme it did not
find the new version.

Fixed by bug 257304 (see comment 4), which is fixed on trunk.
