Whenever you submit info that is unencrypted on a web page, the box saying the
info is being sent over an unencrypted connection comes up twice in a row when
it only comes up once in the Mozilla suite or previous versions of Firefox. 
This has happened on more than one computer with Windows XP and Windows 2000.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure Firefox is configured to warn you when sending unencrypted info
2. Send unencrypted info
Actual Results:  
The warning came up twice in a row.

Expected Results:  
The warning should have only appeared once.

I am using the default theme.  I have Autohide 0.9.5, Bookmark Backup 0.3, Image
Zoom 0.1.7, Popup Count 0.2.5, Sage 1.2.2, Translate 0.5.8, OpenBook 1.1.0,
Hotmail Tabs 0.8, and ieview 0.82 installed on my XP machine, and most of the
same extensions installed on my other machines.

Worksforme with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3)
Gecko/20041008 Firefox/0.10.1 - only one warning per submit.

Please reopen if you can reproduce without any extensions installed.

Yes, I can reproduce the bug with no extensions installed.  I had the same
problem under Windows 98 First Edition right after installing Firefox 0.10 with
no extensions installed.
