261373 - Please add Sonera Class 1 and 2 CA certs

Per bug 260484 and my comments in n.p.m.crypto I am approving Sonera Class 1 and
Class 2 CA certificates for inclusion in Mozilla et.al. Please add these to the
appropriate NSS release(s).

For certificate URLs see <http://www.hecker.org/mozilla/ca-certificate-list>.
Note that per comments from Sonera personnel the Class 1 CA should be marked as
trusted for S/MIME email use only, while the Class 2 CA should be marked as
trusted for all purposes.

mark it as a dup of bug 260484, and copy your comment above into that bug.

Targetting them all for NSS 3.10

You mean, just go back to having bug 260484 as the one and only bug elating to
this? That would be fine with me.

Recall that the reason I'm filing separate bugs is because you originally wanted
it that way: IIRC you wanted to separate out technical issues relating to the
addition of certs from the non-technical issues that I've been dealing with. But
if you're OK with one bug then I'm OK. (So in the future do you want me to
reassign the original bug to you or Wan-Teh when I formally aprove a CA?)

My mistake.  sorry. Let me try this again.
I propose to make this bug be a duplicate of 258416, and add your comment
to that bug.  blocking flags can be left alone.  I just want one open bug
against NSS requesting the Sonora certs, and bug 258416 has all the details
I need.

To be clear, I do want to continue to have separate bugs for the implementation
of root CA addition to NSS.  I just put the wrong bug number in comment 1.
