Details

After creating a new email account using the account wizard, the identity prefs 
for the account are not displayed in the Account Manager. However, if you then 
exit the Account Manager and come back, the identity prefs for the account are 
correctly displayed.

Build ID 2000-01-31-11

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch mail
2. Open Account Manager (Edit|Account Settings ...)
3. Press the "New Account" button
4. Proceed through the wizard to set up a new mail account (in this case, a POP 
account)
5. Open the Account Manager. Note that at the top level for the account settings 
for the new mail account, there are no identity prefs.
6. Press "OK" at the bottom of the Account Manager
7. Open the Account Manager. The identity prefs are now correctly populated in 
the top level for the the account settings for the new mail account.

I've done alot of reworking of the wizard and the account manager since this bug
was filed, and now I can't reproduce this... I probably fixed it sometime in the
last week...
