Seen on nightly build 200410021 (Windows).  Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive an email with multiple attachments
2. Right click in the attachment area and select Save All
3. Select My Computer/Local Disk(C:) as the folder to save to.

Result:

The attachments are saved to the default download folder.

Expected result:

The attachments are saved to C:\
Seamonkey bug 134796 -- I'd say this is a dupe, as it's not really a front-end 
issue.
