If you download a large file, cancel in the middle, remove it, and download
another file, download manager shows something like "downloading 1 of 2",
although the client area correctly showing only one file being downloaded.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a large file
2.cancel and remove during download
3.download another file
4.watch download manager says "download 1 of 2".
