Overview Description:
This one is kinda hard to explain...basically on the Mac you can enter into a situation where a popup menu is displaying the
content that was behind the previous menu you popped up instead of it's own list.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Hmmm. The best way is to have your bookmarks set up such that you have several populated folders in your personal toolbar
folder.
2) Spend some time clicking on one popup and then immediately on another and then do this back and forth.

Actual Results:

Several. On the click that is supposed to dismiss one popup and have no effect on the other(where you just clicked) I've seen
garbage popup from the menu where that click was. Then if you click again to actually popup that menu, garbage again but less
severe than before. I've also repeeatly had it occur where i am left with an orphaned popup behind the browser window
(windowshade the window on occasion to find this) that wont go away until I select something on it.

Expected Results:

Click to popup a menu. On Win and Linux if you now click on another popup menu, it DOES NOT open and the first one dismisses.

Build Date & Platform Bug Found:

I've seen this for a few days now on Mac OS 8.6 reproduced with 2000021008 builds

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On:

Unable to reproduce with 2000021008 Win32 and Linux builds.

Additional Information:
I'm using a large bookmarks file with numerous ptoolbar items. however none of the popupmenus are inordinately long. i
can provide this bmark file if necessary.
i've seen this. accepting

might have to do with nisheeth's async reflow stuff. will add a call to
ProcessReflowCommands to see if that helps.
