in the File menu using the "Save Page as" command with the option "text files"
doesn't save it as .txt; it saves it as .htm

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click File
2.Select Save Page as...
3.Select Text files in Save as type...
4. Click Save
Actual Results:  
page saved as .htm

Expected Results:  
save it as .txt
