For some reason, TEXTAREA elements are not displaying their contents
as initially given in the document.

Note: If the TEXTAREA content object doesn't have the text in it as a child
content object, then this could be a DOM bug (to be assigned to vidur). There
is a similar problem with the TITLE element (#2742).

This bug seems to have fixed itself.
