Details

For some reason, TEXTAREA elements are not displaying their contents as initially given in the document. See uri quoted for demo.
Hardware: Other → PC
Summary: TEXTAREA elements do not render contents → TEXTAREA elements do not render contents
Note: If the TEXTAREA content object doesn't have the text in it as a child content object, then this could be a DOM bug (to be assigned to vidur). There is a similar problem with the TITLE element (#2742). See also #2777 for another TEXTAREA bug.
