I'm translating Mozilla 1.8a6 in Russian and noticed that I can not localize
access key for "Enable Pipelining".
There is 3 entity in pref-http.dtd file:
<!ENTITY prefEnablePipelining.label "Enable Pipelining">
<!ENTITY prefEnablePipelining.accesskey "P">
<!ENTITY prefEnablePipeliningProxy.accesskey "I">
prefEnablePipelining.label and prefEnablePipeliningProxy.accesskey can be
localized fine. But not matter with which letter I'm translating
prefEnablePipelining.accesskey - it always P.
Reproducible: Always
