Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

The "radar loop" page at the www.intellicast.com web site has a little time bar
at the bottom of the radar image (showing the local time, GMT, and several other
time zones) and a small spinning logo. It appears to be a Java application:

<applet codebase="/Java" archive="IntellicastClock.jar"
code="IntellicastClock.class" width=400 height=30>

The problem is the image it creates also appears in *every* tab in the same
browser window (at the same position on the screen, so that if you scroll the
screen you get multiple copies of the image).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a firefox window. Create several tabs. (they may be empty; it won't
matter). In one of the tabs, open the URL mentioned earlier.
2. Change tabs. Note that the time app displays in every tab. If you scroll in
one of the other tabs, note that image keeps appearing in the same screen
position, so soon the page is covered with copies of the image.
3. If you kill the intellicast tab, note that the problem goes away.

Actual Results:
As described.

Expected Results:
Changes in one tab should be confined to that tab and not alter others.
