There's a conflict in accesskey use. H is used globally for Help, so we should
pick another one...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Edit->Preferences->Adcanced->HTTP Networking
2. "Use HTTP 1.1" has accesskey H
3. "Help" uses the same accesskey

Fixed accesskey for Use HTTP 1.1 (H -> E). For visibility reasons, I've also changed 2 other accesskeys: Enable Keep-Alive (L -> A) and Enable Pipelining (I -> N)
