This patch also corrects some minor mistakes in the help texts for the two pref
pages. I had to restructure the descriptions a bit to fit the new options in
(using two levels of <ul> now, one for the groupbox captions and one for the
specific options).

I don't like your sublists, but I don't know what we do elsewhere.

We're using <q> for quotes.

Ok, I corrected the spotted mistakes and removed two of the <ul>s I introduced
with the first patch. I left the <ul> for the "Plain Text Messages"-part in to
make it clear which part of the text only related to such messages. The others
weren't really required.

I also corrected stefan_h's nit from bug 277321 comment 9. ;-)
