When I right-click on links, sometimes the context menu appears at a position
which causes the top one or two menu items to disappear off the top of the
screen. I have StumbleUpon, FlashGot, DownloadWith, Dict, Dictionary Search,
FreeSearchingBar, IE View, and ImageZoom Add-Ons installed, all of which
(depending on circumstances) add to the verticle size of the context menu. Very
often the top one or two context menu items (Open Link in New Window, Open Link
in New Tab) extend above the top of the screen. The HotKeys still work, but if,
for instance, there is a second context menu item with the "W" hotkey, you can't
*see* that "Open Link in New Window" is highlighted when you "W" to it. Don't
know if this is website specific or not, but where I've been noticing it alot is
at http://www.sexsearchcom.com

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just right-click on links. It seems to happen with links nearer the top of
the web page than the bottom, and more often with links that have images as
opposed to links with underlined text.

Actual Results:
The top one or two context menu items are off the top of the screen. The HotKeys
still work, but if, for instance, there is a second context menu item with the
"W" hotkey, you can't *see* that "Open Link in New Window" is highlighted when
you "W" to it.

Expected Results:
Determined the vertical size of the context menu and positioned the menu so that
all items are visible on the screen.
