Currently, if a .autoreg file exists we leave it alone after installing a XPI. This conflicts with the new behavior introduced by bug 252905, where we only re-register if the .autoreg file is newer than the component registry. The result is that if a XPI installs a new component into SeaMonkey, the component registry may not be updated. The fix is simple, just always recreate the file.
