Overview Description: Lock icon unlocked on https startup page. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Start Netscape 6, and set your startpage to https://junruh 2) Restart Netscape 6, and let the homepage load. Actual Results: The lock is open Expected Results: The lock should be closed. Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 2/18 WinNT, 2/17 Linux

The fix didn't make it into the 2000042508 build.
Reopening. I've never seen this work properly.

This also occurs for every new window. If you click on an https link, and ask for it to be open in a New Window... the security of the page will not be recongnized and users will see a broken icon. Basically, I am asking the docshell about the current URL too earily.
