Currently, if you edit an existing feed, the feed URL is a read only text box. We should allow an editor context menu on the text box so you can copy the feed URL somewhere else.

1) Adds a context menu to the URL field in the feed properties dialog with one menu item for copying the url. 2) I fixed a problem where double clicking a feed folder caused us to open the folder and then open an edit dialog for the first feed in that folder instead of just opening the folder. 3) I made the feed properties dialog a little wider
