The current list of roles and states we use for DHTML was quickly thrown together. We need to sync up with the official list and likewise add any of our improvements to the official list.

I have changed _boolstate to BOOL_STATE and _end to END_ENTRY for timeless, since he pointed out that _ starting out a name is reserved by the compiler.
