288989 - Update DHTML accessibility roles and states

The current list of roles and states we use for DHTML was quickly thrown
together. We need to sync up with the official list and likewise add any of our
improvements to the official list.

It's not up on w3c site yet. We have an RDF file that defines them, but in
actual fact we're going to update the RDF with what's defined in this patch at
this point.

I have changed _boolstate to BOOL_STATE and _end to END_ENTRY for timeless,
since he pointed out that _ starting out a name is reserved by the compiler.
