Currently we have support for a number of accessible DHTML widgets.
For example:
www.mozilla.org/access/samples/dhtml-checkbox.html
www.mozilla.org/access/samples/dhtml-spreadsheet.html (also contains menubar)
We also need to support DHTML tree views

I also added support for haspopup to editbox, and created an autocomplete role.

1) Support collapsed & expanded states, 2) Support state change events for those states, 3) Support positional descriptions
Only affects screen reader users.
