Well I searched but haven't really found something like this..
please look at this picture!

There you can see what I mean with CM partly out of screen
I have the german version, but I think here's the place to post this
It's pretty annoying :)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click somewhere on the page (preferable on the top of the page)
2. If the context menu is below the mouse, place the rightclick a little below
3. If its above the mouse now try it again a little above that..

Actual Results:
Look at the picture
(url dito or here: http://pix.kochfolie.de/kontextmenue.jpg )
context menu was placed ABOVE the mouse, and thats not very clever

Expected Results:
place the context menu below the mouse
perhaps check if it's completely inside the screen, and if it's bigger than the
screen perhaps divide it (like the bookmarks-menu I think does)
Reporter: Does this happen if you run Firefox in the Firefox safemode ?
Yes it does

btw. I have the MooxM3 ..mod or whatever, I don't know if it also happens in
standard firefox but I guess so
have you tried it?
I also have many extensions, don't know if it happens without them...
safemode = close FF und use the safemode link in the Firefox startmenu entry.
All extensions are disabled with the safemode.

And be sure that you test this with an official Mozilla.org build if disabling
extensions doesn't help.
(This works fine in my official Mozilla1.0.2 de-de build on win2k3)
Already fixed on the trunk.
