Using BuildID 2005041505 (TB) and 2005041506 (MailNews)
Steps to reproduce
1. Open mailclient
2. Select a message
3. Try and drag and drop the message into a folder on the folder pane

Expected result
1. Folder under cursor is highlighted

Actual result
1. Folder 6 further down from cursor is highlighted

Works fine in BuildID 2005041412 (Mailnews)
