NSS 3.10 final was just released.
The Mozilla and Aviary trunks are using NSS_3_10_BETA3 now.
They should upgrade to NSS_3_10_RTM.

Requesting drivers' approval to upgrade from NSS_3_10_BETA3
to NSS_3_10_RTM for aviary1.1a and mozilla1.8b2.
All the changes in this patch have been reviewed by 1-3 NSS
engineers in their respective NSS bugs.

ship with an NSS beta release.

I upgraded the NSS_CLIENT_TAG to NSS_3_10_RTM
at 3:18 PM US Pacific Daylight Time (-0700).
