text-indent should be the separation of the first inline-box from the beginning
of the line-box.  This means it should still work when flowing around floats.
It doesn't.  See the above URL and section 16.1 of CSS2

Fixed. Easy come, easy go. Its been fixed and unfixed several times in the last
few days (sigh). At the moment its fixed ...check out tommorows build.
