On any IPB forum Add Reply page, click the "Url" button brings up the usual
javascript windows, however, the windows are blank except for the two command
buttons. All text and textboxes are missing. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse to any IPB forum
2.Click Add Reply
3.Click "URL" bbcode button

Actual Results:  
Blank javascript window appears

Expected Results:  
Javascript window with respective text labels and text boxes should appear.

I am seeing similar behavior with the Secure and Unsecure content dialogs on
Firefox trunk builds today with Mac and Windows.

with a fresh profile go to the test URL https://www.verisign.com

The expected secure Content dialog appears but has a blank window title, no
content text  with just Okay and Cancel buttons.

Regression from bug 281988, I have a fix-patch there that undoes the essential
part of the patch for that bug that landed last night.  Checking in soon.

This is working with windows Firefox trunk build 2005-05-04-14-trunk

brenans checkin in bug 281988 must have fixed this
