When manually opening a new tab by pressing the "Open a new tab" button or
pressing CTRL+T, The URL bar is not highlighted as well as the URL from the
original tab remaining in the new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download latest trunk pacifica build
2. After the home page has loaded, manually open a new tab 
Actual Results:  
The URL bar contains the URL of the previous tab + it is not selected

Expected Results:  
The URL bar should be selected

AFAIK it is reproducable using 20040607 9:XX PM (and onwards) builds.
