301436 - Change WAI namespace to "http://www.w3.org/2005/07/aaa"

W3C has decided to change the namespace for WAI properties to

"http://www.w3.org/2005/07/aaa"

We pushed them to come up with the final namespaces for this standard now, so
that we can have backward compatibility in the future/

W3C has said they will keep the WAI roles namespace as it is now.
