I got the file from ftp.mozilla.org {{ 2005.08.02 21:54 B W:\\mozilla-win32-1.7.11-stub-installer.exe <-- SG_Mozilla /pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.11 mozilla-win32-1.7.11-stub-installer.exe }} and it downloads from there too. Everything is in the title ! I'll try the full installer...

[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.11) Gecko/20050728] (release) (W98SE) Full installer works fine, on W98SE and WXP (I already tried this one earlier today ;-)).
Summary: mozilla-win32-1.7.11-stub-installer.exe (Ftp/Http) downloads v1.7.10 files :-( → mozilla-win32-1.7.11-stub-installer.exe downloads (Ftp/Http) v1.7.10 files :-(
coop, can you grab the 1.7.11 stub and full installers and crack them open to see what the download URL is set to?

Chase: For the stub installer i see this in config.ini: [General] [...] ; This key is used as a fail over key. This url will be used when the ; url in the Site Selector fails. url=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.10/windows-xpi/ [...] [Site Selector] ; Dictates whether or not to show the pull down menu. ; Default value is SHOW. ; If Status= is set to HIDE, then Indentifier0 will be used ; and all other IdentifiersX will be ignored. Status=HIDE Identifier0=Site0 ;*** LOCALIZE ME BABY *** Description0=Default ;*** LOCALIZE ME BABY *** Domain0=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.10/windows-xpi/ Identifier1=Site1 ;*** LOCALIZE ME BABY *** Description1=North America ;*** LOCALIZE ME BABY *** Domain1=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.10/windows-xpi/
The full installer has the same URLs in config.ini, but the XPI files itself in the installer seem to be ok (since you really get a Mozilla installed which is labeled 1.7.11 in the UA and in the properties of the mozilla.exe file).
Just to confirm, I'm also seeing the 1.7.10 URLs in config.ini for the stub installer.

There were some script versioning difficulties with the packaging of the windows installer releases. I've repackaged the installers and verified them. They are currently awaiting signing.
This has already been fixed some days ago (Chase told me so on IRC and i verified this myself).
