The new folder picker widget we now use in the filter dialog and the search
dialog fails to let you select a target folder from the popup if the menu popup
opens above the menu list.

If you move the dialog towards the top of your screen and open the menu list,
then the popup opens below the menu list and you can select the entry just fine.
