As a result of painting the background children of <mfrac> too late, the
fraction line is overwritten. This problem has just been reported on
n.p.mozilla.mathml.

BTW, this problem was an upshot of bug 36710. The first MathML fix due to that
was in bug 235835, but <mfrac> missed out on that fix.
