This is on linux build 2000030409... Opening a message compostion window places the cursor and data entry for the first To: address on the menu bar. After entering the address, it gets redisplayed in the To: area and works correcly thereafter.

This is probably a duplicate of bug 28696, assigned to ducarroz. kdowling, what is your screen resolution pref set to?
It does look like 28696. I didn't see that one before. Screen resolution is set to default 96. This is the first build where I've seen this problem. (Ken Dowling)

it's probably a dup of bug 29837.
lchiang: please verify against monday 3/6/00 build. if it behaves correctly, this was a dup of 29837.
