I am not sure it is a real bug, but it is a problem.
Very often top lines of context menu are invisible if the link used to call the
menu is in the upper part of the page. The thing is that my menu is higher then
the standart one due to some extensions: quicknote, flashgot and infoRSS.
And if the menu starts from the link position in upper direction the top lines
are invisible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I think the same as my list of extentions is necessary
2. Link to call the menu using the right mouse click is to be in the upper half
of the page but not too high (if it is high enough the menu strts in down
direction so everything is OK)
3. That's all

Actual Results:  
I see the menu without top two lines - Open link in new window and Open link in
new tab, while they are often what I need.

Expected Results:  
The menu should start from the link in down direcion or it should be center
positioned...
