Steps to reproduce:
1. Load http://www.croczilla.com/svg/samples/xulsvg1/xulsvg1.xul in a debug build.

Result:

Should probably revisit this once bug 285631 is fixed.  Though I've filed bug 322528 on the other asserts I see on that testcase.
