4.x had a feature where if the shift key is down when you click on New Msg or hit alt-r or whatever, you get a mail compose window of the opposite type to your preference (i.e. html if your pref is plaintext, or vice versa). It would be SO much easier to debug compose problems if we had this feature, instead of going through the account manager every time. Fortunately: it turns out to be easy to implement: I already have a fix, which I will attach to this patch. Jean-Francois, could you review the patch and tell me if it's okay to check in for M15?

Akkanna, in your patch, you have implemented your feature for new message, reply and reply all but not for forwarded message. Why not? Else, the fix looks good for me.
